Terms of use for StepUp School's Customer Service System

General

1. These terms of use apply to StepUp Oy's (hereinafter StepUp School) customer service system and the online store it contains.
2. StepUp School owns all rights to the customer service system.
3. StepUp School has the right to make changes to the customer service system. Changes will be announced in the customer service system. The user accepts the changes by using the service.
4. Information in the customer service system will not be disclosed to third parties.
5. The information in the customer service system may be used for StepUp School's communications and marketing if the student has an active registration or the user has given specific permission for this.
6. StepUp School aims to ensure uninterrupted operation of the customer service system. However, StepUp School is not responsible for interruptions caused by technical failures, system or communication issues, harmful software, maintenance, or installation work, nor for any delays, alterations, or loss of information caused by such interruptions, or for any direct or indirect damages resulting from these. StepUp School is not liable to users or third parties for any issues related to the content or operation of the customer service system.

Registration

1. Using the customer service system requires registration. By registering, the user accepts the terms of use and agrees to comply with them. Upon registration, the user receives a customer number and password, which they can use to manage their information in the customer service system. The user cannot delete their information from the register themselves, but can request StepUp School to remove their information from the register.
2. Registration is free of charge.
3. The user is responsible for providing accurate information during registration.
4. A minor cannot register without the guardian's permission.
5. When a minor registers, the guardian's information must also be provided.
6. Notifications of all registrations and enrollments made through the customer service system will be sent via email to the user and, if the user is a minor, also to the guardian.
7. StepUp School reserves the right to deny registration.
8. The user may not register multiple times in the system.

User Responsibilities

1. The user is responsible for the accuracy of their information.
2. The user must keep their password confidential.
3. The user is responsible for all activities performed using their customer number and password.
4. The user must review and accept the product-specific order terms before making purchases.
5. The user agrees to consider the age group, level, and price of the class when enrolling.
6. The user is fully liable for damages caused by any use that violates the terms of use or the law to StepUp Oy, other users, and third parties.
